Without ever having adhered to an organic charter, we have never chemically weeded our vines, nor applied chemical fertilizer.
First out of conviction, then out of the certainty gained through the experience of years, we have always had a cautious attitude towards chemicals. Respect for the living must always guide our actions. In our opinion, this is the only way to preserve the entire universe that makes up wine.
When we respect the life of the environment in which a plant grows, the fruits it produces contain all the energy necessary for their conservation and for the elaboration of wine.
In other words, with a balanced vineyard, the wine that comes from it is stable, it makes itself, all the work that remains to be done is to know how to listen to it … From there, the word breeding of the wine makes perfect sense.
